Crime Report: Stolen Circuit Breakers and DWI Arrests

A blotter of the latest arrests in Three Village.

The Suffolk County Police Department's Sixth Precinct reported these arrests in Three Village between Dec. 26–Jan. 2:

Michael D'Ambrosio, 49, of Centereach was arrested Dec. 28 in South Setauket and charged with petit larceny. Reports state D'Ambrosio stole circuit breakers from Home Depot located in South Setauket. 

Jovino Beltran, 19, of Stony Brook was arrested Dec. 29 in Hauppauge and charged with aggravated DWI. Reports state police stopped Beltran on Wheeler Road.

Eddie Boden, 21, of Bellport was arrested Dec. 30 in Stony Brook and charged with DWI. Reports state police stopped Beltran as he was traveling southbound on County Road 97 in Holtsville.

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  If any of the above charges have been acquitted, in order for removal from publication, one must contact the writer and provide proof of dismissal.
