Seawolves Score Homecoming Win Over Bryant, 21-13

The win gives Stony Brook a 2-3 record this year.

Fireworks exploded over the Ken LaValle Stadium on Saturday as Stony Brook football beat the Bryant University squad 21-13 in their "Wolfstock" homecoming game.

Quarterback Lyle Negron went 16 for 22, totaling 260 yards, with two touchdowns. Lead receiver was Malcom Eugene with 92 yard on eight catches, which the rushing crown went to Jameel Poteat, who had 48 yards on the ground with six carries.

The win gives Stony Brook a 2-3 record this year.

The Seawolves next visit Colgate on Oct. 13.

The win nicely caps off the college's "Wolfstock" activities, an all day party leading up to the homecoming game each year.

Grucci provided the fireworks this year.
