Last Chance: A Clinic and a Game for Soccer Fans

Sign up for a kids' soccer clinic and attend a Stony Brook men's soccer game against a national collegiate soccer power.

March 30 is the date to remember for a kids' soccer clinic hosted by the Stony Brook University men's soccer team. Sign-up for the clinic begins at 4:30 p.m.; the clinic runs from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The clinic is for kids ages 6 to 13; must bring own soccer ball.

Following the clinic, the men's soccer team will take on UConn in an exhibition game. The Seawolves, who were the America East champions in 2011 and made an appearance in the NCAA tournament, will face off at 7:30 p.m. against UConn, which finished the 2011 season ranked No. 5 in the nation in the NSCAA/Continental Tire Div. I poll.

"We expect a lot of support and a wonderful atmosphere, which will be great for the game of soccer in our community," soccer head coach Ryan Anatol said.
