At any given moment we are capable of being as selfless and caring as Mother Teresa or as monstrous as Charles Manson or the Boston Marathon Bombers. The extremes of these dualities lie within each of us, i.e., to go towards one direction or the other in all we do. That choice is there when we are going about the routines of our lives. The direction we are leaning makes us at peace with ourself and with others - or not. Whatever choice we make gives off a vibe that influences those around us.
