The Circus Comes to Mount Elementary School

Physical education got a little more fun recently in Mount Elementary School as students had a chance to clown around with some folks from the circus.

Students trained alongside the professionals from the National Circus Project to learn how to walk on stilts, spin plates, juggle, and use diablos, or Chinese yoyos. 

Since the school has acquired some of the equipment used by the professionals, the students continue to master the skills taught by the presenters during a follow-up unit with their physical education teachers.
