The Alzheimer's Support Group is a monthly meeting for family and friends dealing with the daily struggle of careing for a loved one with  with memory impairment. The group meets the first Wednesday each month. Each month a new topic is highlighted by the group speaker, Stacy Bodden, and then leads into an open forum for sharing hardships, stories and ideas.

I'm a small music-business owner located in Three Village in need of a bookkeeper to help with&nbsp;documenting income &amp; expenses.
I'm seeking someone who is&nbsp;detail-oriented, proficient in typing, highly accurate, dependable, local, &amp; looking for a long-term position. Depending on the workload which will vary, this could be anywhere from 2-5 hours a week, or up-to 10 hrs a week if combined with the 2nd position.

A combined or separate position for a data entry / email assistant would be for filling out forms such as contracts, going through checklists, creating invoices, replying to emails, updating contacts, setting up very few meetings, creating email filters to declutter my inbox, follow-up on stagnant email threads, etc. Details for this position will be posted in a separate ad.
For bookkeeping, these records are not straightforward. I receive income from nearly a hundred clients a year, most of my expenses are tax-deductible, and some of my income are reimbursements. 
I require someone who is an expert with Google Sheets &amp; Google Docs (similar to Excel &amp; Word), or otherwise a program that: creates &amp; tracks incoming &amp; outgoing payments, (and preferably&nbsp;produces invoices) 
I'd like these records to be ready for my accountant so that I can file my taxes on time without needing to request an extension. I'd need everything to be easily accessed digitally, understood by me, &amp; accessible even if/when you no longer work for me.
