WATCH: Tim Bishop Visits Civic Association, Talks Taxes

U.S. Rep. Tim Bishop, D-Southampton, visited the Civic Association of the Setaukets and Stony Brook on Monday to deliver updates on what the federal government is presently doing. "The constellation of the economy, debt, tax and spending really are dominating conversation in Washington. There’s not a lot else being undertaken in a very serious way," he said. What followed was a spirited discussion in which residents asked questions and aired their gripes with the federal government – and Bishop gave answers wherever possible.
