Police Blotter: Criminal Mischief, Larceny, and Assault

This week's arrests and incidents in Three Village.

  • Brett Knight, of East Setauket, was arrested July 1 in Setauket-East Setauket for an alleged assault.
  • Philomena Perez, of Stony Brook, was arrested June 30 in Centereach for alleged grand larceny.
  • Cathy Candreva, of South Setauket, was arrested June 30 in Centereach for alleged grand larceny.
  • Police reported two assaults, one in Stony Brook on June 29 and one in South Setauket on June 27, for which no further information is available.
  • A male resident of Manchester Lane in Stony Brook reported June 28 that an unidentified person entered his unlocked vehicle and stole a wallet containing cash and credit cards.
  • Joseph Galindez, of Islip Terrace, was arrested June 26 in Stony Brook for alleged criminal mischief with the intent to damage property.
  • Nicholas Castronova, of Setauket, was arrested June 25 in Setauket-East Setauket for alleged petit larceny.
