Crimes Nearby: Pair Arrested for Four-Wheeling on Hospital Grounds

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Stephen and Jeffery Sallustro, both from Hicksville, were charged with third degree criminal trespass. Police said Jeffery Sallustro, 26, was four-wheeling in a 1993 Jeep Cherokee on the grounds of the Kings Park Psychiatric Hospital at approximately 10:40 p.m. on September 27. Stephen Sallustro, 28, was a passenger in the car.

Robin Payne, Jr., 26, of Hampton Bays, was arrested Sept. 29 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with obscene language and gestures. Payne was arrested for allegedly yelling and cursing in front of 7-Eleven located on Route 112 for no apparent reason.

Harvey C. Robinson, Jr., 68, of Port Jefferson was arrested Sept. 29 in Patchogue and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property. Robinson allegedly stole a watch, and attempted to pawn it.

Isaac Seymore, 40, of Mastic Beach, was arrested Sept. 27 in Rocky Point and charged with criminal obstruction. Reports indicate Seymore was arrested for allegedly choking and obstructing the breathing of a woman.

Donald Schweizer, 53, of Rocky Point, was arrested Sept. 27 in Rocky Point and charged with petty larceny. Reports indicate Schweizer allegedly stole a hand truck from Ace Hardware.

John Donnelly, 47, of Rocky Point, was arrested Sept. 27 in Rocky Point and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property and resisting arrest. Reports indicate Donnelly was arrested for the alleged possession of a stolen hand truck from Ace Hardware. He was accompanied by Schweizer, above.

Jeffery Hilgreen, 23, of East Northport, was charged with DWI. Police say Hilgreen was at the wheel of a 2008 Subaru involved in a two-car crash at the Citgo gas station on St. Johnland Road in Kings Park on October 4.

Kelly Walker, 25, of Kings Park, was charged with DWI. Police said Walker crashed her 2005 Nissan into a parked car on Boxwood Drive on October 2.

Thomas Gesuale of Northport was charged with second degree menacing. Police say Gesuale ran at another man while holding a baseball bat on September 30.

Scott Werner, 24 of Kings Park was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police say Werner had a bag containing marijuana and marijuana equipment in his pockets on October 5 at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Larkfield Road in Northport.

Steven Hall, 34, of Lake Grove, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with two counts of petty larceny. Reports indicate Hall allegedly stole six bags of aluminum cans from the Lake Ronkonkoma Beverage Center and recycled them for cash.  

Jose Borges, 19, of Lake Grove, was arrested Sept. 29 in Smithtown and charged with fourth degree grand larceny. Reports indicate Borges, accompanied by another individual, allegedly stole a 1999 Ford truck from the Smithaven Mall Parking lot.    

Derek Smith, 28, of Brooklyn was arrested Sept. 28 in Smithtown and charged with loitering an unlawful use of a controlled substance, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a hypodermic instrument. Reports indicate Smith was arrested for the alleged possession of a hypodermic needle in a 2000 Volvo. Reports indicate Smith also was arrested for loitering with Lyons, below, at 10 W. Main St.
