Crime Report: Three Charged with Impaired Driving

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Christine Baltieri, 43, of Stony Brook, was arrested Nov. 29 at 6:40 p.m. and charged with first offense DWI.  She was observed driving a 2007 Toyota on Penbrook Drive in Stony Brook.

Denise Herlihy, 51, of Saint James, was arrested Nov. 26 at 11:35 p.m. and charged with first offense DWI. She was observed driving a 2002 Infinity on Nicolls Road in Stony Brook.

Eric Smarrelli, 27, of Miller Place, was arrested Nov. 29 at about 4:59 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was observed driving a 2001 Toyota on Route 347 in Setauket.
