Crime Report: Prescription Drugs, Criminal Contempt Among Recent Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Kevin Clasen, 32, of Selden, was arrested April 26 in South Setauket and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. According to police, Clasen illegally possessed prescription medications in a vehicle at the corner of Chester Street and Bellewood Ave. in Setauket.

Danielle Berntsen, 21, of Centereach, was arrested April 22 in East Setauket and charged with petty larceny. Berntsen allegedly stole assorted clothing, food, and health and beauty products at Walmart in East Setauket.

Nicholas DiMuzio, 20, of Stony Brook, was arrested April 24 in Stony Brook and charged with second-degree criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection at AMC Loews Theater in Stony Brook.

Tracy Reichert, 40, of Mastic Beach, was arrested April 21 at Stony Brook University Medical Center and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property.
