Crime Report: E. Setauket Man Assaults Pennsylvania Teen

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department and Hanover (Penn.) police. It does not indicate a conviction.

Charles Biener, 42, of East Setauket, was arrested by U.S. Marshals last week in New York in connection with an Oct. 24 incident in which he allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old in Hanover, Pennsylvania, according to the York Daily Record. Biener, who is charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor, will be extradicted to Pennsylvania to face the charges.

Robert Wunderlich, 23, of Stony Brook, and James Aigotti, 22, of Lake Grove, were arrested March 23 in Setauket. Both were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree possession of marijuana. According to police reports, Wunderlich and Aigotti had suboxone and marijuana in their vehicle when they were stopped by police at the corner of Route 25A and Gnarled Hollow Road.
