Crime Report: Home Depot Cash Registers Pilfered

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Olivia Dominguez, 20, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested March 15 in South Setauket and charged with three counts of petty larceny, each a misdemeanor. Police said Dominguez stole amounts of $299, $244, and $344 from cash registers at Home Depot on March 9, March 11, and March 13.

Jesse Neff, 31, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested March 15 in East Setauket and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Police said Neff had in his possession heroin and prescription drugs for which he did not have a prescription.

Nicholas DiMuzio, 21, of Stony Brook, was arrested March 15 in Stony Brook and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police pulled him over for speeding at the corner of westbound Route 25A and Quaker Path at 2:25 a.m. and said he was intoxicated.
