Crime Report: Police Make Multiple Drug, DWI Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
• Zach Arbucci, 18, of East Setauket, was arrested March 21 in East Setauket and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Police said he had prescription pills in his possession while seated in a vehicle in the parking lot of 7-Eleven at the corner of Route 347 and Old Town Road at approximately 11:30 p.m. He was arrested alongside a 17-year-old male from East Setauket, who was charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument, a misdemeanor.
• Kevin Hewitt, 21, of Stony Brook, was arrested March 20 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Police said he was sitting in the driver's seat of a vehicle in the parking lot of 7-Eleven on Route 112 at Chereb Lane at 8 p.m., and was found to allegedly have marijuana in his possession.
• Cynthia Correia, 57, of Stony Brook, was arrested March 17 in Port Jefferson and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police pulled her over after observing her to have headlight problems while she was driving north on Main Street at 2:49 a.m.

• Melody Conde, 23, of East Setauket, was arrested March 15 in Smithtown and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said she crossed over into the shoulder of the road while driving east on Route 25, and determined she was intoxicated at approximately 2:30 a.m.
