The Dish: Dancing Salmon Roll ($10)
What's Inside: Crunchy spicy salmon and avocado inside, topped with seared salmon and jalapeno pepper.
Eat This Because: You like adventurous sushi. Salmon and avocado are well known to complement each other, but the jalapeno pepper works well, too.
Side Dish: Enjoy mochi ice cream, a modern take on a traditional Japanese treat, in green tea, vanilla, strawberry, and mango flavors. Choose three pieces for $4.
