Civic Association of the Setaukets and Stony Brook

On Monday, January 6th,  the Civic Association of the Setaukets and Stony Brook's general membership meeting will focus on the local real estate scene. Laura Rittenberg, President of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Long Island and Janet Smiley, Branch Manager of the local Setauket Coldwell Banker real Estate office will be speaking about the trends in the real estate market place on Long Island, and in particular,  the Three Village area.  Alexia Poulos of Douglas Elliman (formerly, Prudential Douglas Elliman) of the Setauket office will be speaking on the many things to consider when selling or buying a home in the Three Village area. Bring your questions to this always popular meeting.  The meeting is scheduled to start at 7:30pm in the Emma S. Clark's Community Room.  All are invited to attend.
