An Effective Natural Remedy for Allergies

D-Hist for Allergies.

Aaaaaaaachoooooo!!!!! For many of us, this is the sound that announces the arrival of Spring. Yes, hayfever & allergy season are back again. Our cars will be getting their sticky green paint jobs and people will be sneezing even though no one has a cold. Understandably, as the cacaphony of sneezing & wheezing increases, most of us will be looking for a natural remedy to alleviate the discomfort. The question becomes: What works and what doesn't? Why do some natural remedies seem to work so well, while others have questionable efficacy? Inquiring minds want to know.

Part of the answer can be found in our own biological individuality. Gender & race differences aside, some of us are thin, some of us are over-weight, some of us are young, some old, some blessed with a strong immune system, while others are not so lucky. The differences are many, and a supplement that works for one person may not work for the other; yet everyday I see certain supplements that seem to work consistently most of the time. D-Hist, by Ortho-Molecular products, is one of those supplements. D-Hist is the most effective allergy relief product that I have ever had the pleasure of recommending.

Why These Natural Ingredients?

Quercetin
Naturally found in onions, quercetin is a mast cell stabilizer and a powerful natural flavonoid. Quercetin has been shown to inhibit certain compounds that typically affect sinus and respiratory health.

Stinging Nettles Leaf
Studies have shown stinging nettles have demonstrated both promising mechanisms and clinical results for supporting nasal passageway health. While further study is needed, trials have shown stinging nettles demonstrated measurable differences vs. placebo after only one week.

Bromelain
A strong pineapple enzyme, bromelain has proven mucolytic properties. As such, bromelain supports normal mucousal tissue function and enhances the absorption of quercetin.

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC)
An amino acid that is a natural mucolytic, NAC reduces the viscosity of mucus. Studies have shown individuals have been treated effectively without side effects when given NAC.

If you're like millions of Americans who shy away from the great outdoors during the height of the growing season, try D-Hist and get back out there and enjoy yourself... It's later then you think...

Have been reading and enjoying your posts. Where do you stand on "local honey" as a preventive measure for "local" allergy concerns?

Thank you for that info, will try it :)

Local honey is a good way to build the immune system's allergic response. But make sure you are taking honey that was made by the bees during the time of year you experience an allergy. Fresh honey bought now may have been produced by the bees up to 6 mos prior. Check with the apiary to find out so you can get the honey you need. change the honey throughout the year to maximize effectiveness.
With regards to D-Hist, I love it and have recommended it to our patients for years. We always keep it in stock in the office and is an excellent seasonal treatment for allergies and for those times an attack sneaks up on you. It's saved me quite a few times myself! Yep. But taxpayers need to get out and vote on school budgets. Target marketing works - holdingRead More art shows on voting day, calling parents to come to vote spreading word through the kids. All registered voters need to get out and vote. The system will continue to be the same unless voters show up and vote no.

Justme.. Even if everyone voted no the raises were locked. By voting no programs would have beenRead More decimated more and more teachers given pink slips. The problem here is the BOE giving the union these contracts. It's time to STOP THE MADNESS!!
