The following closures and cancellations have been announced in Three Village:
SCHOOLS
- Three Village public schools are holding early dismissal Friday and cancelling Friday and weekend activities. Click here for details.
- Classes at each of Stony Brook University's campuses – Stony Brook, Southampton, and Manhattan – have been canceled starting at 12:15 p.m. Friday and events may be canceled or postponed, according to an alert released by the University.
RESOURCES
- Emma S. Clark Memorial Library will close at 2 p.m. Friday.
ENTERTAINMENT
- Two films originally scheduled for Friday night at the Staller Center have been rescheduled for Sunday, according to an alert published on the Staller Center website. "A Late Quartet" will begin at 5 p.m. and "Simon and the Oaks" will start at 7 p.m. Saturday night's Stony Brook Symphony Orchestra performance is set to take place as scheduled on Saturday night at 9 p.m.
- Loews AMC Stony Brook movie theater will likely close at 6 p.m., staff reported. Call 631-941-0156 before you head out to the theater.
