Con Edison officials say Michael Breslin, a Con Ed substation specialist, was working last Saturday afternoon in Van Nest, a work-out location in the Bronx, when he spotted fire and smoke coming from a nearby apartment building. Fire Destroys Home of Sachem East Football Coach. A fire overnight destroyed the Farmingville home of Sachem East head football coach Mark Wojciechowski. The five people who live at the home on South Howell Avenue--Wojciechowski, his wife, two daughters and a nephew--all escaped unharmed. The Wojciechowskis' dog was also saved.
