Spot the Space Station Tuesday Night
Object will be visible from Three Village, surrounding area as it crosses sky for six minutes.
The International Space Station will be visible to local residents Tuesday night for six minutes, according to NASA.
The station will appear in its orbit in the west-southwest at 8:37 p.m., achieving a maximum height of 56 degrees as it travels northeast.
It is the third-brightest object in the sky behind the sun and moon, and is easy to see when you know where to look, according to a website that offers email alerts when it is set to pass overhead.

"The space station looks like a fast-moving plane in the sky, though one with people living and working aboard it more than 200 miles above the ground. It is best viewed on clear nights," the website reads.
