Former Clubhouse Available For New Tenant [Empty In Three Village]

When the Boys & Girls Club of Suffolk County moved its home base to a church in Port Jefferson Station earlier this year, the organization left behind what real estate agents call a "flexible space."

According to Michael Ardolino, whose Realty Connect USA agency is looking for a new tenant for the former clubhouse, that means a tenant can rent all of the space or just part of it, depending upon their needs. The building, located adjacent to Gallery North at 82 N. Country Road in Setauket, could potentially house a couple of small offices or one larger facility.

The building does have one tenant already: Dr. James Metz, an eye doctor specializing in contact lenses and low-vision rehabilitation.

Ardolino said a tenant that can complement the art gallery next door would be ideal.

"Anything having to do with the arts would be a great match," he said.

Anyone interested in renting the space can contact Realty Connect USA at 631-941-4300.
