Village People: Gold Coast Pilates Owner Gets Master Certification

Tattiana Gandolfo, who owns , has been named a 2nd Generation Pilates Master Teacher under the mentorship of Pilates elder Lolita San Miguel, who herself was one of two people who were certified by Joseph and Clara Pilates. According to Gandolfo, there are fewer than 70 people awarded this honor in the world. Gandolfo lives in Setauket with her husband and kids Jasmine and Alexandra.

Lynn Johnson of Stony Brook has been named Vice President of Human Resource Services at Stony Brook, the university announced this week. Johnson, who has more than 20 years of service with the university, was formerly the Assistant Vice President of Human Resource Services.

Winston Chiang of Setauket has been named to the fall 2011 Athletic Director's Honor Roll at SUNY Binghamton after achieving a semester grade point average of 3.30 or higher. Chiang swims on the men's swimming team and majors in economics.
