The Week Ahead: Legislator's Open Meeting, Cystic Fibrosis Fundraiser & More

Mark your calendars for these notable upcoming events in the Three Village area:

1. The Three Village Board of Education will meet Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the North Country Administration Center.

2. Suffolk County Legis. Kara Hahn, D-Setauket, will hold an open-to-the-public meeting for the community to bring their concerns directly to her. The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at Murphy Junior High School on Thursday.

3. On Wednesday at Emma S. Clark Memorial Library, there will be an expert presentation on "youthful aging" at 7 p.m. (registration required).

4. On Wednesday at 5 p.m., head over to Portside Bar & Grill in nearby Port Jefferson for a fundraiser happy hour to support a Stony Brook family affected by Cystic Fibrosis.
