New York Post Gets an Inside Look at Dee Snider's House

Rock star shares the story of how his family built and designed their East Setauket home.

You've seen it on TV shows like "Growing Up Twisted" and "Celebrity Wife Swap." Now, the Snider family has given New York Post an up-close look inside their 6,000-square-foot East Setauket home.

The feature describes the decor of the home – which is a six-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, three-level Victorian – as "a blend of marble, leopard print and ancient Roman influences." It's got two fireplaces, a second-story catwalk, and a man cave featuring air hockey, foosball, and retro video games. The home also features a basketball court, a trampoline, a pool with two waterfalls, and a hot tub with a waterfall in the back yard.

Dee Snider credited his wife Suzette with designing the home – and with finishing some of the details herself, such as staining cabinets, painting moldings, and sewing the curtains.
