Teacher's Federal Credit Union writes a blog about banking and in this week's post the bank talks about the importance of learning traditional skills for young people when it comes to banking and budgeting. The bank's blogger writes: "There are so many financial management tools out there – online banking, apps to check your balance, texts from financial institutions that tell you your balance and going to the ATM. As young adults have grown up with these automated applications, they never had to learn the traditional methods of balancing a checkbook or manually write out a check."
