This week, Three Villagers have the chance to learn the art of origami at an exhibit called "Origami Heaven" at Stony Brook University's , which often holds events that celebrate Asian heritage and culture.
An origami festival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday will offer live performances like storigami, a kimono dressing, workshops and more.
If you can't make it to the festival, the rest of the week will feature an exhibition of origami, with a folding lesson at noon with an origami expert. Check out the for exhibition hours.
