10 Places to Enjoy a Show This Holiday Season

Holiday performances in the Three Village area for the entire family to enjoy.

No matter how you celebrate the holiday season, Three Village is home to original, family-friendly experiences for you and your loved ones to enjoy and cherish. Share in one of the community's traditions or performances listed below to create lasting memories.

1. . A special "Elf on the Shelf" holiday event happens here on Saturday, Dec. 4 at 1 p.m. featuring an elf story and activities, and their own Elf Herself will be there!

2.  A special Hanukkah song festival will take place at the temple on Dec. 5 at 10 a.m.

3. Harbor Ballet Theatre presents The Nutcracker at . Join them on their magical journey through the enchanting land of the Sugarplum Fairy. Performance dates are Friday, Dec. 3 at 8 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 4 at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 5 at 3 p.m. Tickets cost $20.00; call 631-331-3149 for more information.

4.  Through Dec. 24, catch the family-friendly Barnaby Saves Christmas, or go see A Christmas Carol through Dec. 26. 5. The Seiskaya Ballet returns for another production of The Nutcracker. Grab your tickets quickly for any of six performances from Dec. 17-20: Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., Sunday at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., and Monday at 7 p.m. Ticket information can be found at www.nutcrackerballet.com or by calling 631-632-ARTS.

6.  The Ward Melville Players will stage The Phantom of the Opera next week, with 8 p.m. performances on Dec. 9, 10, and 11.  For ticket information, call 631-730-4357.

7. . The current show, Annie, runs through Jan. 30. Evening performances are at 7 p.m. and tickets are $18-$32.

8. The lounge has a lineup full of variety between Dec. 3 and Dec. 31, including a rock show by The Black Country Beatnix at 9 p.m. on Christmas Day.

9. The church will sponsor an evening of Christmas caroling and instrumental performances on Dec. 17 at 7:30 p.m.

10. Catch a holiday flute concert at 3 p.m. on Dec. 4 performed by the Long Island Flute Club.

Bonus show: The 16th Annual Three Village Electric Holiday Parade. Watch a show of festive and bright floats parading down Main Street on Sunday, Dec. 12, starting at 5 p.m. at the Emma S.
