Still spots left for a very special Library book discussion and tour at The Long Island Museum

There are still spots left for a very special Library book discussion and tour at The Long Island Museum on a reprint of Chicago by Day and Night: the pleasure seeker's guide to the Paris of America, published in 1892. Learn about everyday life in Chicago in the 1890s and about the Columbian Exhibition (World's Fair of 1893). All this was happening about the time our library opened.
Program is Wednesday, November 13 at 2:30 p.m.
Register at Emma Clark Library's Reference Desk and pick up the book for the discussion & museum tour.
