T25.....the latest workout from Shaun T

Okay so I'm sitting here sipping my coffee, getting ready to head out the door for training appointments in Smithtown and I see the infomercials for SHaun T's latest workout arsenal called "T25". He calls it Focus Interval Training (F.I.T.)...uhm yea.
Listen, I actually like insanity, I think it's vigorous and challenging and thorough but I just would like to clarify, he has NOT "invented" anything. 
These routines are just "interval" training. I come up with challenging routines everyday for my clients to give their bodies the same shock and effects as he claims.
Interval training is just when you work really hard, fast, and vigorously for a short amount of time (15sec-1min) and then you take a breather for a short amount of time (10sec-1min) and then you just REPEAT this cycle with different exercises- like a circuit- for a certain amount of sets or time.
It's a GREAT way to get a great workout BUT it's not anything new.
It irritates me (and other fitness pros like me) that all these "high end" t.v. ready personal trainers are scamming consumers with their fancy wording, tricking them into beleiving they can't get workout like that anywhere else when in fact you can.
These workouts are NOT safe. They're difficult.
I walk around the gym and see people TRYING to do stuff they read in magazines OR saw on TV all the time.
And usually...they're doing it wrong.
What you SEE isn't always what YOUR actually doing.
That's why the best and safest way to truly learn HOW to exercise the RIGHT WAY so you get the MOST out of your workout, and maxamize your time is with a fitness professional.
If your naturally athletic and working out has come easy to you and your form is great,  then good for you, go get insanity and T25 and jump around your living room.
But, most people are NOT like this.
You're BUYING in to a infomercial JUST LIKE they want you to.
All INSANITY and T25 is, is a way for Shaun T to make MORE money off YOU - the frustrated consumer.
Word to the wise...take baby steps, start small and one day you will overcome big obstacles and you will lose the weight, keep it off and feel awesome.
