Get off the Couch and Get Fit!
Kiersten Bartolotta, a walking & running coach
will explain how to start a fitness walking or beginner running program that
will increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and help you keep fit
for a lifetime. Information will
include injury prevention, technique, interval training, proper apparel,
hydration and stretching as well as how to develop & achieve realistic
fitness goals.
