Museum of Long Island Natural Sciences

Located in Stony Brook University and associated with the Geosciences Department, the Museum of Long Island Natural Sciences is an educational resource that provides the public, residents and schools with lectures, programs, films, seminars, exhibits and learning opportunities that focus on the research and exploration of the natural sciences. Programs include Long Island's Wildlife, Global Warming Then and Now, Life in the Forest, Native Americans, Dinosaur Detectives and others.
