Notre Dame 88, Stony Brook 62: Marcus Rouse scored 15 points to lead the Seawolves, who kept it close towards the end of the second half on Sunday but allowed Notre Dame to score 16 straight points. Notre Dame's Ben Hansbrough sank a three-pointer, one of nine Fighting Irish treys, to give them a 29-point lead midway through the second half. Anthony Jackson added 12 points and Dave Coley scored 11 for the Seawolves.

Women's Basketball
LIU 59, Stony Brook 43: The Seawolves held LIU to 36.8 percent shooting and fought back from a 29-point deficit in the second half, but dropped their fourth consecutive game on Sunday. Ashley Palmer scored 17 points for the Seawolves and Kirsten Jeter added nine points and six rebounds.
