Seawolf Kevin Norrell Signed by Bills

Record-setting wide receiver heading to Buffalo.

While fellow Seawolf Miguel Maysonet was signed Saturday night by the Philadelpha Eagles, wideout Kevin Norrell made waves as well, as he signed with another organization: the Buffalo Bills.

Norrell will join Brandon Kaufman (Eastern Washington) and Da'Rick Rodgers (Tennessee Tech) as three undrafted wide receivers heading up to Buffalo, where they'll compete for the chance to catch passes from first-round pick E.J. Manuel.

Norrell, who hails from Los Angeles and found his way to Stony Brook after a stint at Washington State, will be joining an old teammate of his – former Pop Warner teammate and current Bills wide receiver Robert Woods.

The 5-foot-10 receiver crushed the school's previous receiving record this season. While no other receiver had ever eclipsed 1,000 yards, Norrell hauled in 1,388 yards and 15 touchdowns on 66 receptions.
