BUILD A BETTER ATHLETE Event

You are invited to our BUILD A BETTER ATHLETE 20th Anniversary Event!

This fitness challenge is open to ALL youth athletes in the area. We will test 2 critical areas related to athletic performance:speedstrength

Our performance coaches will then evaluate individual scores in specific tests and provide each athlete with an objective assessment of thier strengths and weaknesses in an effort to help them improve their athletic performance.

We welcome both Parisi Speed School members and any new athletes to participate. We will have prizes for the best boy and girl athletes in each age group! we will also be raffling 1 month and 3 month memberships.
