Students Organize Occupy Stony Brook Meetings

The Stony Brook Statesman reporting some disorganization amid the efforts to come together.

Occupy Wall Street has come to Stony Brook University with students organizing under the name of Occupy Stony Brook, according to The Stony Brook Statesman, an on-campus news outlet.

However, The Statesman reports, there seems to be some disorganization in the process, with students' conflicting schedules and a general political apathy among students.

Occupy Stony Brook's Facebook page calls it a "people movement" but said, "There is no official group. This is just a place for discussion and connecting with others."
