Rebels, Rioters, and Resisters: Americans Respond to the American Revolution and to the Civil War

Join the Three Village Historical Society for a delicious continental breakfast and two fascinating lectures by noted historians and authors: Natalie S. Bober, “Ideas That Sparked A Revolution, 1760-1776” and Barnet Schecter, “The Civil War Draft Riots in New York City, 1863.”

Tickets must be purchased by 3pm, November 10th. Seating is limited and available by advance registration only. No tickets will be sold at the door. Last year the program sold out, so don't delay!

This program is sponsored by the Three Village Historical Society in cooperation with Special Collections, Stony Brook University Libraries and The Long Island History Journal. Funding comes from a mini-grant from the New York Council for the Humanities.
