Growing Up Wild Program at West Meadow Beach: Ages 3-8

Sponsored by the Town of Brookhaven and conducted by Eileen Gerle, Environmental Educator.  This new program Growing Up Wild is for children.  Classes are offered for age groups 3-5 and 6-8 with parents and grandparents invited to join in. Each class will have focus on a different nature topic including story time and a craft.

  • Hatchlings - Ages 3-5, 9:00–10:00 am 
  • Fledglings – Ages 6-8, 1:00–2:00 pm

 

Dates Offered:

July 13th & 20th, August 3rd, 10th & 24th

Yes TC change is difficult but it has to start somewhere. What motivation does the BOE have toRead More change when we keep passing the budgets? Budgets have to fail, programs have to be cut before there will be any union negotiations. Many have to lose their jobs before they will allow their pay to be cut. Sounds harsh but it's reality. Our children will survive cuts, be educated and successful - even with less programs.
