Dancercize by Donation at the Bates House
Dancercize is designed for attendees to work out and have fun at the same time! Class includes warm up exercises, dance steps and aerobic workouts, toning (hand held weights optional) and cool down stretches. Each attendee will receive a 'Healthy Tip of the Day' flyer that gives them encouragement to continue working out, as well as a healthy, delicious recipe coordinated with the season.
Dancercize classes will help attendees improve overall health such as weight management, while combating certain chronic diseases (heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis). Class is suited for all levels so come join us and feel great! Be sure to wear comfortable, sturdy sneakers for proper foot support.
