A Common Core forum will be held Tuesday evening at Minnesauke Elementary School.
The night, organized by local parents Jennifer Anderson and Gina Lollo say their only agenda is to educate other parents.
Speakers for the event include Mary Calamia, a licensed clinical social worker, Beth Dimino, teacher and president of the Port Jefferson Station Teachers Association and Arnold Dodge, Chairperson of the Department of Educational Leadership at LIU-Post, as well as a veteran teacher in the Three Village School District who has held positions such as department chair at Murphy Junior High School and assistant principal at Ward Melville High School.
