Artisanal Distiller Profile: The Corsair Distillery

Craft distillers are leading a huge renaissance of traditional as well as crazy super premium whiskies. Here's a particularly exotic artisanal distillate.

Childhood friends Darek Bell and Andrew Webber began homebrewing beer and wine in Darek and Amy Lee Bell’s garage. They hit a snag while working on a prototype bio-diesel plant, causing Andrew to remark that making whiskey would be much more satisfying. The idea stuck, and the two soon found themselves studying distilleries and spirits. Soon after, Corsair Distillery was founded with distilleries based in Tennessee and Kentucky. One of their products of theirs in our shop is really cool. Corsair Triple Smoke American Malt Whiskey 80 Proof is done in three types of wood, cherry, beech and oak for a unique aroma and flavor profile.Click this link for details about the Corsair Triple Smoke.

Yes TC change is difficult but it has to start somewhere. What motivation does the BOE have toRead More change when we keep passing the budgets? Budgets have to fail, programs have to be cut before there will be any union negotiations. Many have to lose their jobs before they will allow their pay to be cut. Sounds harsh but it's reality. Our children will survive cuts, be educated and successful - even with less programs.
