Town Workers Remove 'Welcome' and 'Enter at Your Own Risk' Signs

Mysterious signs were gone by Tuesday afternoon.

The "Why?" also remains, though Patch readers and residents of Christian Avenue who brought the issue to our attention seemed to think it was due to the poor conditions of the road, which is marred in may places by pothoes and ruts.

Two sets of signs, which read "Welcome to Christian Avenue" and "Enter at Your Own Risk," appeared Monday at the corner of Christian Avenue and Hollow Road and at the corner of Christian Avenue and Bailey Hollow Road.
