Emma S. Clark Library Releases Fall Schedule of Events

The library will continue to offer events for every age range.

A South African virtual safari, the Sistine Chapel in pictures, and Indian cooking lessons – all can be found right here in Setauket.

The Emma S. Clark Memorial Library released its new fall schedule of events this week, and it's packed with a wide range of free and low cost programs, workshops, lectures, and activities.

Library staples like bridge club, book discussions, computer classes, movies, driver safety programs, and children's storytime sessions remain on the schedule. Additional program highlights include performances by the Homegrown String Band and The Defibrillators, homemade ravioli cooking lessons, teen knitting for a charitable cause, Harry Potter trivia night, and fall arts and crafts for kids.

Andrea Visconti of East Setauket agreed.

"All of their programs are very good," she said. "I'm sure we'll be back in the fall."

Joanna Kasperek of South Setauket particularly enjoys the programs which occur on a weekly basis.

"It's nice because you get the chance to know people and their kids," she said.
