TRITEC was also recently selected for Patchogue's New Village project.

East Setauket-based TRITEC Real Estate Company has been selected over three other development firms by the committee in charge of making a recommendation for the Ronkonkoma Hub project.

In a Dec. 7 letter to the Brookhaven Town Board, the Ronkonkoma Hub Design Team said it unanimously chose TRITEC because they believed its vision for the Ronkonkoma hub most closely resembled that of both the town and the community itself.

"Tritec has the strongest qualifications among the responding developers and articulated a compelling, creative vision for the Ronkonkoma Hub. Tritec has demonstrated the financial strength to successfully undertake a project of this
magnitude and a track record of successful development on Long Island," the team wrote.
