Bio: McKee is running on a platform of lowering taxes, controlling energy costs, making government leaner while still providing support for its constituents, and creating jobs. She is also committed to providing support girls and young women so they can be prepared to succeed alongside their male counterparts. A resident of Mt. Sinai for more than 30 years, McKee co-owned a commercial graphic arts company for more than 20 years. She currently works as an emergency dispatcher for the Suffolk County Police Department. Among her affiliations and memberships: the Madonna Height’s Ladies Auxiliary, the Selden chapter of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, Zonta Suffolk County, and the Girl Scouts of America. McKee also challenged Steve Englebright for the 4th Assembly District race in 2010.

Education: Attended Katharine Gibbs School; currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from St. Joseph’s College.
