Three Injured in Nicolls Road Truck Crash
Cause of the accident has not yet been determined.
A crash on Nicolls Road Wednesday morning sent an adult and two children to Stony Brook University Medical Center with severe injuries.
A Snapple delivery truck collided with a minivan as both vehicles traveled southbound on Nicolls Road just before 11:30 a.m., according to Setauket Fire Department chief Brendan Brown. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
The driver of the truck refused medical treatment, Brown said.
