Police Seeking Target Vacuum Thief

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man pictured above who they say stole merchandise from a store in Medford earlier this month.

On June 2, at approximately 9:30 p.m., the man entered the Target store, located at 2975 Horseblock Road and put two 12-packs of Smart Water and a Dyson vacuum cleaner into a shopping cart and exited the store without paying for the items, police said.

Police said it is believed that the man may have stolen another Dyson vacuum cleaner one week earlier. He is described as a white male with thinning hair and a medium build. He was wearing a bright green hooded sweatshirt with a logo on the front at the time of the theft, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.

I see a pattern here....... Recent Kohl's vacuum stolen....... I'd investigate any new cleaning services attempting to go into business. And also I'm sick of non-white "Hispanics" being labelled as "white". Tip to the perp..... if you take off that fake mustache and wig, SCPD will be stumped forever. Enjoy the Dyson. We need to have about 1 million Dysons' stolen to break even with the way those things are overpriced.
