Police Blotter: Pedestrian Egged While Crossing Route 25A

This week's arrests and incidents in Three Village.

  • Timothy Bradley of Centereach was arrested Sept. 1 in Stony Brook for alleged criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Jonathan Pomeroy of East Setauket was arrested Aug. 30 in Selden for alleged grand larceny.
  • Police reported an incident of criminal mischief Aug 31 on West Meadow Road in Old Field in which a mailbox was damaged.
  • Police reported an incident of petit larceny Aug. 30 on Research Way in East Setauket in which construction tools were stolen from a vehicle.
  • Police reported an incident of aggravated harassment Aug. 30 on Belle Meade Road in East Setauket for which no further information was available.
  • Police reported an incident of aggravated harassment Aug. 30 on Nesconset Highway in Stony Brook in which the complainant reported being harassed on the phone.
  • Police reported an incident of criminal mischief Aug. 28 in which the rear tires were slashed and oil filter loosened on a 2009 GMC parked at a home on Redbridge Road in East Setauket.
  • Police reported an incident of burglary (2nd) Aug. 28 on Ellbridge Court in East Setauket in which jewelry, three computers, and an XBox were stolen.
  • Police reported an incident of harassment Aug. 27 in which a female complainant reported that a passenger in an eastbound vehicle threw an egg and hit her in the chest while she was crossing Route 25A in Stony Brook.
  • Police reported an incident of burglary (1st) Aug. 26 on Bayview Court in Poquott in which cash, a credit card, a computer, two TVs, an iPhone, and a Playstation 3 were stolen.
