One Injured in Campus Bike Collision

Two Stony Brook students collided in the Long Island Rail Road parking lot Monday night.

Two bicyclists collided on the campus of Stony Brook University Monday night in the parking lot of the Long Island Rail Road.

Stony Brook students Zach Mantica and Yukie Kuang crashed into each other at approximately 10 p.m. Kuang was taken by ambulance to the University Hospital to be treated for a head injury.

“When I looked up we both tried to veer away, but we couldn’t avoid each other,” said Mantica, who rode away unharmed.
