Crimes Nearby: Weapons, Drug and Larceny Charges Among Recent Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Kenneth Adamo, 32, of Ridge, was arrested April 16 in Rocky Point and charged with multiple counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon. Adamo was allegedly initially arrested while in possession of metal knuckles and a switchblade knife before Police later found a stun gun in his vehicle at the Seventh Precinct in Shirley during a search warrant. He was then charged with third degree criminial possession of a weapon.

Ryan Cierzniewski, 20, of Ronkonkoma, was charged with petty larceny and grand larceny. Police said Cierzniewski stole a set of bleachers from a sports complex and sold it for scrap. Cierzniewski was charged with petty larceny for taking video games from a home on Smith Street in Lake Ronkonkoma.

Suffolk Police responded to an incident on Chestnut Street in Mt. Sinai on April 19, during which an individual reportedly brandished a gun during an argument. Police said a dispute between at least three people about someone's slashed tires escalated and police responded. No arrests were made. The following morning at 12:30 a.m., police responded to a report of grand larceny at a different home on Chestnut Street in Mt. Sinai. An individual said that a GPS system and purse containing cash were stolen from an unlocked car.

Cemil Kukoglu, 22, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on April 21 and charged with selling alcohol to a minor. Kukoglo was working at the Speedy Mart on Route 112 in Port Jefferson when the incident occurred at 9:20 p.m.

Scott Mangan, 43, of Brentwood, was charged with burglary. Police said Mangan was charged with illegally entering a business at 1 Village Plaza without permission. According to police, Mangan kicked in the door, pulled up flooring, smashed mirrors and ripped wallpaper off the walls.

Kerry Wolf, 38, of Kings Park, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and petty larceny. Police said Wolf stole beer from Stop and Shop on Jericho Turnpike in Smithtown on April 14. On the same day police said Wolf struck a 1998 Chevy with his vehicle and left the scene.

Lorraine Pepper, 48, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Smithtown on April 20 at 6:10 p.m. on assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon charges. Reports state Pepper was arrested on Route 25A in Smithtown after an incident that occurred on Peconic Street in Ronkonkoma where police say she struck a male victim with a knife causing lacerations and bleeding, which required medical attention.

Frank Hughes III, 24, of Centereach, was arrested in Smithtown on April 18 at 12:55 a.m. on first offense DWI charges. Reports state Hughes was arrested at the corner of Plymouth Boulevard and Route 25 for an incident that took place at Caleb Smith State Park Preserve where he was operating at 2002 Mitsubishi while intoxicated.

Lisa Macedonio, 34, of Hicksville, was arrested on April 17 in Smithtown at 11:30 p.m. on petit larceny charges. Reports state Macedonio was arrested at the fourth precinct in Smithtown for an incident that took place on Burton Lane in Commack where police say she took a male Chihuahua.
