Jose Sanchezreyes, 23, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on June 4 and charged with DWI. Sanchezreyes is also charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injuries involved. Police say that he crashed into a brick wall at Route 25A and Maple Avenue while driving a 1994 Nissan Sentra, then allegedly fled the scene. The crash injured two passengers.
Dimitrios Kostas, 32, of Mount Sinai, was arrested in Mount Sinai on June 5 at about 11:10 p.m. and charged with menacing. Kostas allegedly threatened someone with a baseball bat.
Kenneth Neu, 47, of Mount Sinai, was arrested June 7 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Neu was allegedly in possession of crack cocaine and prescription meds.
Kathleen Dibernardo, 45, of St. James, was arrested in St. James on June 8 on charges of second-degree aggravated harassment. Reports state Dibernardo called a resident of Clover Lane several times after being asked not to and made threats.
Barry Goldberg, 51, of Nesconset, was arrested in Smithtown on June 9 at 11:49 p.m. on first degree criminal contempt charges. Reports state Goldberg made threats to harm a man.
